Namaste,

Another ridiculously busy day. Starbucks, then work. Got everything done fairly quickly. Had a Dr appointment..... It only took a few minutes. Back to work. I spent about 30 minutes spraying round-up again. I had a few hours to burn, so I took the afternoon off and went over to Midwest City to do their lawn. I know I just did it on Saturday, but this weekend is going to be very busy, and I wanted to knock it out. I picked up Sherrie's brother and he helped me. He did a great job again. We knocked it out in just over three hours. I called Sherrie on my way home and she was going to the hospital to see her grandmother, so I decided to go to the Edmond property and do a couple of hours work. I got about 1/3 of it done. That saved me from going up there at 6:00am to start. I have a young man, who has been begging me to help. I am going to let him do some push mowing tomorrow. I am exhausted, so I am going to bed! Another picture of Cheynie Stoner!

Love you all!

Namaste,

Tuesday was a pretty good day! Had a bunch to do, but most of it had nothing to do with work. It seems to be that way more, and more. Mom got her car back so I didn't have to pick her up. Hit Starbucks and then on to work. It was early, but I am a morning person anyway. I ran to Home Depot at lunch and got a new sprayer. I decided to spray Round-Up on several spots that are difficult to weed eat, thus saving a bunch of time. Back in to work.... The afternoon was pretty slow, but I survived. After work I came home and got my cameras, then headed to Sherri Stoner's house to do some pictures of her baby girl Cheynie. Cheynie is nine months old, and is adorable. I left there and headed straight to the gym. Mike Giroux was waiting on me, and we went straight into the cage. First round he kicked my butt! He was throwing everything he had at me. Second round.... I took him down at stayed in control. I landed several really good shots, including a nice elbow. I went to Muay Thai class at 7:30 and ended up teaching with Josh Crosby. We had a bunch of newbies so we went over basics.... Giroux kicked me in the left leg three times. I busted a blood vessel or something? I have a giant goose egg on the side of my knee. Oh well.... That's why they call it fight club! The picture is Cheynie Stoner in her 4th of July clothes.

Namaste,

Monday.... Enough said! Mom's car is in the shop again, so I had to pick her up and take her to work. Stopped at Starbucks. On to work. Monday's are always busy, trying to catch up from the weekend. Jodi and I took Ben to lunch today. Ben is transferring to the Oklahoma City branch of Scottrade, so it will be difficult to meet for lunch in the future. The afternoon, was full of trying to keep my eye's open, while staying motivated to keep up with things at work. I decided after talking to Ben at lunch, I would head down to his new house, and clean up his yard. That would free up some time for him to keep working on the house, and helping Kinsey get settled in. I got a good work out! They have a very nice yard, and hundreds of flower beds. I have no idea how he is going to keep them all weeded! I got filthy cleaning up his yard, so I took a shower, and am going to relax for 1/2 an hour then crash out! Picture of me at the 805 Fight Club cookout!

Namaste,

Slept in till almost 7:00! Jumped up and got ready for church.... Took Jordan to work, then on to get Trey at mom's, and then on to church. It was really hot in the parking lot. On the way home Trey and I have a few stops to make. We stopped at O'Riely's to get spark plugs for the lawn mower, and transmission fluid for the rover. We ran by Home Depot and got a new water valve for the toilet in my bathroom. As I was putting the valve, I broke the extension tube. So another trip to Home Depot. When I got home I realised I had to take the tank off, so Sherrie helped me take the nasty rusted bolts off. Guess what??? Another trip to Home Depot to get three new brass bolts. When we were putting the tank back on part of the bowl, that the tank attaches to broke. I think it will be OK.... THINK? Anyway, I was hooking the water back up, and the fitting on the water supply was leaking, so a fourth trip to the hardware store. We went to Ben and Kinsey's house to help them load their moving truck. There were several guy's over there so it was pretty quick. We filled up at 26 foot moving truck in an hour, and unloaded it just as quick. It was very humid, outside so we were dripping with sweat! Ben and Kinsey made a $100 donation to Trey's trip fund. That was soooooooo nice! They are great people. I know they are exhausted. They have to finish getting their clothes out of the old house, and sweep, and mop, but most of their things are in the new house. Dan McBride text me the other day and ask if I needed A/C unit. Ours is 20 years old, and runs 23 hours a day. We went and picked it up. I will have to find a way to have it installed. Thanks Dan! We came home and I finished working on the toilet, then took a shower. We had chef salads for dinner, and now I need a snack. I have no idea what tomorrow will bring. It is Monday after all. There is a 60 percent chance of rain. This is a funny picture from Bodunath Stupa in Kathmandu. These two monks were texting... I thought it was ironic to see the old ways of a monks life with the technology of today. Also note the gold watch!

Namaste,

WOW!!!! Crazy busy day! Started out at 5:15am. Got up and had a small coffee, then headed out to get the lawn equipment together. On to the gas station to gas everything up! I had made arrangements with Sherrie's brother Brent to help me with the property in Midwest City. What a blessing! Brent is a hard worker, and even though he had never been on that property before, he took off and did a great job! The big mower broke down on me with about 15 minutes of mowing left, so we had to push mow "The Hill!" When I took Brent home, I thought it would be a good idea to help him do his lawn, since he was so gracious to help me. We knocked it out and got it cleaned up real good. I left Brent with only having to mow the back yard. I headed to mom's to do her lawn, and then home to do ours! It was exhausting, but I survived! Jordan's friend Ryan spent the night with us. He lives in Lexington, and after an hour nap, we took him home. It is a good hour south of here, and when we got to his house we went inside to visit with his mom. Ryan is a good kid, and we enjoy his company! We took the back roads back to Norman, and stopped at the Mont for dinner. I had the Catfish.... Very tasty! We went by mom's to see Trey! I have not seen him in two days! He got way too much sun today. I guess they spent all day in the pool. An old buddy of mine, Larry (Moe, L.T.) Tettleton was there visiting mom. It was sooooo good to see him. We told stories for an hour. He is one inspirational man. Larry had polio as a child and has a significant disability in his right arm. Larry never let that stop him. He is a school teacher, football coach, father, husband, and all around great guy. Sherrie and I came home to rest my weary little feet, and legs. My back, and head are pounding as well. I will survive. Tomorrow, has the potential to be busy as well. Gonna work at church, and then Sherrie and I are gonna swim at mom's and have a little pik-nik. Ben and Kinsey may be ready to move a few things, so we will probably help them for a while. Don't know! I do know I don't have to mow anything for several days! YEAH!!!!!!!!! The picture is one of my dad! He has been gone for 13 years now, and not a day goes by I don't think about him. Dad gave me my love of sports. I remember Saturdays when we were home, he would have a football game on the TV, and one on the radio. Dad was gone before Trey was born, but I think they would have been great buddys! Dad also gave me ny love for the outdoors. We would either hunt or fish almost every weekend!

Love you all!

Namaste,

Jumped up at 5:10 got my shower, and then watched the news. Guess what???? A bunch of violence, and depressing crap.... As for the weather??? Hot and crappy, with continued hot and crappy! Ran by Starbucks and then through the park. Nothing was stirring but a bunch of squirrels. On to work. I did my weekend prep yesterday, so it was just keeping up with new stuff. Went to Louie's at lunch, and then back to work. The afternoon was quite busy!!!!! After work I came home and Sherrie was watching a friends daughter for a little while, then we dropped her off, and went to a new Mexican restaurant to share a bite to eat. We came home, and are going to take it easy. I have had a significant headache fir several days, and my feet and legs are killing me. I am suppose to do Midwest City's lawn in the morning. Sherrie's brother Brent is going to help! I am soooooo happy to have some help. Maybe we can knock it out in 3 or 4 hours, and then I can get moms done, and mine done. That would free up Sunday, to spend with the family! (I might even take a nap! ;-) ) The picture is Lindsey Dirk. I shot her wedding about a year ago. I thought putting her in the middle of the street would be a cool idea. What do you think?

Namaste,

Busy... Left the house at 5:30 this morning and headed up to the Edmond property to mow. I have been going into work early all week, so I had some hours to burn. Since the earth is super heated right now, the earlier I get on it the more bearable it is. I was making pretty good time, and my body just started slowing down. I guess there is a point of exhaustion and I am there. I finished up and came home to shower, and Trey made me a sandwich. I went to work at 11:30 and did my weekend prep. Before I knew it, it was 4:40 and time to come home. I had every intention of going to the gym tonight, but I just don't have it in me! I have a splitting headache, and I am going to let my feet rest a bit!

Namaste,

Good day.... I heard a loud noise at 3:12am and jumped up to find my naked daughter standing on her desk changing the DVD in her player. I said "what in the heck are you doing?" She said "I cant sleep so I am gonna watch a movie!" I NEVER EVER, went back to sleep. I watched the clock tic-tok, tic-tok, tic-tok, tic-tok... You get the picture? I had to pick mom up again. Maybe she will get her truck fixed soon. We stopped by Starbucks, and then on to work. Work continues to be slow, but I have inventory next month, so there is plenty to do! I went out at lunch and picked up trash, and weeds. It was hotter than heck!!!! The afternoon was slow as usual.... After work I headed down to Ben and Kinsey Crocker's new house in the city. They bought a historic old home in the Shepard Square area in Oklahoma City. The house was in very bad shape, and they only have seven days to completely remodel it and get moved. Ben has a very tight schedule, so I went to help stain the hardwood floors. The floors were nasty, so he sanded them for hours, and hours. Ben made the decision to stain the floors really dark against his wife's wishes. The color is call black walnut, but I think it should be called oil stain, or tar! just kidding! I think it will be fine after the polyurethane is on them. We got a little silly sniffing the stain fumes for way to long, but I am glad I had a chance to help for a little while! The picture is Ben finishing the stairs!

Namaste,

Picked up mom to take her to work. We stopped by Starbucks, and got a coffee. My friend Wolf suggested I cut down on my caffeine intake. He brought to my attention that caffeine robs the body of nutrients and vitamins. I am going to start cutting back, but it will not be easy. Work was fine.... I went to Home Depot at lunch and got some supplies. Yesterday when I was working on the Rover, I twisted a bolt off on the transmission pan. I begged my brother to come help me this afternoon. He had a meeting in the city at 2:30 and said he would come over after that. We started at 5:00 and he left at 8:30. It took me another hour to get it all put back together. There is still a very small transmission fluid leak. However it is sooooo much better than it was. I think there may be a pinhole, or crack in the transmission itself! Sherrie made me a turkey wrap, and we went to the ice cream shop for a treat. I am exhausted.... Boomer woke me up at 3:12 this morning and it took me forever to get back to sleep! The picture is Trey. We went to the zoo several moths ago. Right before I left for Nepal. We had a blast! When Trey and I hangout we get crazy... We do things that we could not do with his mother around! Don't tell her!

Namaste,

Well not bad for a Monday! Over slept by 25 minutes! That never happens! Jumped up and got my shower, then a cup of coffee. Mom's car is in the shop, so I had to pick her up and take her to work before my Starbucks run. Mondays are kinda busy due to the weekend clean up. I have been having some problems at the bank. Because my accounts are writing checks to Quest Landscape, the bank would not deposit them in my account, until I got a Trade Name Report from the Secretary of State. It came in Saturday, so I had to go to the bank and open a business account. One of our drug reps from J&J brought us Louie's for lunch. The afternoon was OK, we had things to get done. After work I ran by the auto parts store, and ask some questions about Jordan's truck. I thought her starter relay was bad, but as it turns out, it is her starter. I know that because when you hit it with a hammer it works! We loaded up and went to moms to do her lawn, and breakdown a few more old fence panels. Home for a shower, and a bite to eat, then over to Kayla Gibson's house to try and fix her computer. I got everything working except her wireless Internet. Time for some sleep! The picture is Jordan at Mt Hope Church, in Wayne County, Tennessee.

Namaste,

Once again, Namaste means "Bless the spirit with in!" I was ask again what that means. It is a greeting that is commonly used by many cultures in the east. Sunday started out with a great cup of coffee, and then I went out and put two quarts of transmission fluid in the Rover. I am still waiting on the new clips for the transmission pan. I decided to go ahead and mow our lawn, and get it taken care of. Then time to come in and get ready for church. Trey and I worked the parking lot, then in for service. I came home loaded up my stuff, and headed over to Midwest City. It was hotter than crap, and there was a bunch to do. It took me every bit of 6 hours to get it done. There was an Air Force air show going on at Tinker, and I had jet fighters, bombers, and the Thunderbirds flying right over my head all day. I raced home and got cleaned up. Mom was fixing a fathers day dinner for me, but we had to run by Mike's house first and see his dad. Mike Sr. is one of my favorite people in the world, and I have adopted him as my dad! We call him Pops! Home to relax and get ready for the week. The picture is a self portrait of me with a little photoshopping!

Namaste,

We woke up kinda early... Jordan had to be at work at 5:30, so it was up to us to make sure she was awake! I never really got back to sleep! I got up about 6:00 and had some coffee, and watched the news. Sherrie and I had to be in El Reno, at 9:15 for our little golf tournament. We had breakfast at the golf course, and then hit some balls. It has been a long time since either of us, has swung the wrenches. We hit some range balls, then headed for the first tee! Sherrie was knocking the crap out of the ball, and I was grateful. On number eleven, Sherrie chipped in from 60 feet of the green for her first birdie! It was awesome! We ended up tying for first place in the tournament! We stopped by a pool supply place on the way home to get mom a solar cover for her pool, then home to clean up, and go to Sherrie's family reunion. We were the first one's to the restaurant and we were the first one's to leave! We were both exhausted from the heat. We crashed early! The pictures are Sherrie reaching into the cup to get her birdie ball!

Namaste,

Friday was a pretty good day. My poison ivy is back with a vengeance. I guess the heat triggers it. I stopped by Starbucks then on to work. Work continues to be fairly slow. I went by a compounding pharmacy and got some of their hocus pokus medicine for the poison ivy. The lady gave me some cream, and some sub-lingual tabs. She said it may get worse, before it gets better! GREAT! I started taking them right away, and so far can not tell a difference. I came home and took a 45 minute nap. The afternoon was pretty slow as well, but after work, I came home and took another hour nap. I think all of the antihistamines I am taking knock me out. When I got up I was starving, so Sherrie and I ran by Louie's and then to the market. We came home and organised the golf equipment. We have not played in quite a long time, and when we put the clubs away after the last time things were not very well organised. We went to bed fairly early, and got some good rest. The picture is one of Wesley Sanders. Wes is my cousin in Tennessee. He has a great eye, and is a great kid!

Namaste,

Well another crazy busy day! I headed out early.... Hit Starbucks, then on to work. I had plans on getting ahead of the game today, and setting up the weekend. Everything went as planned except we were short handed. I was suppose to go to Midwest City and have lunch with the business office girls, but it didn't work out! I took off early and got the lawn trailer, and knocked out the Edmond property. It took me 5 1/2 hours, but I did some extras!!!! I enjoyed the gym so much on Tuesday, that I had to go tonight. Actually Mike Giroux was begging me to get in the cage with him. I walked in the gym and Tyler Griffen told me Giroux was waiting on me! His forehead is red and purple, and his lip has a big red mark on it. I rolled a round with Tyler to loosen up, and then Mike jumped in on me. He went really hard for the first round. Mike has the most amazing kicks in the world. He was crushing my right leg with low kicks, then he kicked me flush in the head a couple of times. I connected with a few, but he dominated the first round. The second round was even, and then we started class. Sparring stations. One station was straight boxing, one was kick boxing, one was grappling, etc... Mike was my partner, so we kept after it for a while. During the grappling with punches station, I threw him in a headlock, and trapped his arm. I rained punches on him. I HAD SOOOOOOO MUCH FUN!!!!! I don't know what it is about fighting that makes me happy! The endorphins that are released, or seeing my own blood, which I may add.... There was plenty of it on my face. Anyway, home for a shower, some food, and to watch game seven of the NBA Finals! Tomorrow is Friday, and I am excited for the weekend. I know Sherrie and I are playing in a golf tournament Saturday, so we may hit some balls after work tomorrow? Who knows. We will probably do what we usually do on Friday nights.... Go to the market, and then fall asleep watching a movie! :-) The picture is my Starbucks at 15th, and Bryant. It is one of my favorite places in the whole world!

Namaste,

I slept in today! I didn't get up until 5:30am! I had my coffee, a shave, and relaxed for almost 30 whole minutes! :-) I went by Starbucks and saw my constituents, then on to work. I knocked everything out pretty quickly, because I had a Doctors appointment at 8:30. It was a very quick recheck on a new med that they put me on. I headed back to work, and the rest of the morning was fine. I came home at lunch and changed the thermostat in Jordan's truck.... Well I tried. That dang thing is hidden behind all kinds of crap. I got it changed out but it was leaking like nobodies business. The afternoon seemed to drag on forever! I left about 4:30 and we had to run an errand in downtown Oklahoma City. We shared some nachos at La Luna, and then home to take the truck apart again. Third time I got the dang thing to stop leaking. Sherrie had run to the market, and when she got back we walked over to the bridge and back. I guess you could say it was a pretty busy day! Ready for bed! The first picture is my shoulder... Mike Giroux threw some vicious elbows when I was in his guard. The second picture is Mike's head from my sweet spinning back fist!

Namaste,

Great day overall! Started by driving through the Valley, and looking at the flood damage again. I took several pictures and will post them here. I went on to work and got started.... We are still pretty slow, but I had a narcotic inventory to get finished. I met Ben Crocker for lunch at Louie's, then back to work. I met with Dr. Walton at 4:15 and we talked about the last year, and he had his marketing director with him. I think we may do some projects together in the future. I acme home and changed clothes, and headed up to the gym. Now with the poison ivy, and the landscape business I have not been there for almost three weeks.... I got warmed up and then ground and pound class started. Mike Giroux ask me if I just wanted to spar.... I said hell yes! We went a round MMA, Second round straight boxing, third round MMA. I held my own in the first, Mike dominated the second, and then in the third I caught him with a spinning back fist! He was laughing and I said what so funny? He said I have always said, if I ever get caught with a spinning back fist I would quit! We were laughing so hard it was hard to finish the round, but I really think I took it! I really, really , enjoyed the physical man on man combat. I think it was very therapeutic to go get my face smashed in, and spill some blood! I can not believe how good I feel! I met Mike Champlin at Buffalo Wild Wings for dinner. We have not hung out in several weeks, and we had a bunch to talk about. That was also therapeutic! I am worn out and have no doubt I should sleep like a baby! The first picture is the TV trucks, local channels, CNN, and the today show all broadcast live from here. The second picture is a home that is 250 yards away from the creek. What got them was the drain that was in their yard got clogged with debris and the water had no where to go! The third picture you can see the high water mark on the side of the house! Tell me global climate shift is phony? Blizzards, record size hail storms, 13 inches of rain in 16 hours???? What other explanations do you have?

Love you all!

Namaste,

Well I have to say today was so much better than last Monday! I woke up at 3:12 to a huge crash of thunder, and Boomer about to knock the mattress off the bed frame. We had massive thunderstorms for much of the day, and our neighborhood has been on the national news all day long. We have had 11 inches of rain in the last 18 hours and the creek behind our neighbors house came out of it's banks and flooded several houses down the street. The water was up to the roof line on several houses, and the news channels were broadcasting live from the bridge all day. Our lake is up 14 feet today.... That is crazy amounts of water. Work was crazy, because we had a power surge.... It shut down our computers so it took me from 7:30am until almost 2:30 to get all of the systems up and running. I came home after work, and did absolutely nothing! I took an hour nap, and then Sherrie had dinner ready. After dinner we went for a walk down around the flood area. It was awesome to see how many people from the community showed up to help clean up the mess. It will take weeks to recover from the water! I enjoyed taking it easy tonight, but kinda feel guilty for being lazy! Picture is from Blake and Ashley Shores wedding!

Namaste,

Slept pretty well??? Still woke up way too early... Just can't sleep past 5:20. I feel like I am wasting time sleeping. Sherrie and I laid around for an hour looking at some crazy stuff on the Internet, then I got ready for church. Sherrie, Trey, and I all went together, and Trey and I worked in the parking lot. We were going to spend the day at the zoo or park, but the weather was crazy.... It would sprinkle, and then the sun would come out? I decided to go over to Midwest City and see how much I could get done. I kicked it's butt.... I attacked the property differently than I ever had. I did the inner ring, and then the outer ring. I did the whole property in 4 hours and 30 minutes. It usually takes me 7 to 8 hours. I guess we finely have it down to maintenance, and I did not do any special projects. I really can't do anything over there except for regular scheduled maintenance, until they come current on their bill! ;-) When I got home Sherrie had some fish in the oven, and grilled some veggies. It was great. We decided to get out of the house, and we took the top down on her car, and drove around the lake. It was brutally hot! We came home, and I am being lazy! I look forward to going back to work tomorrow, so I can get some rest! The picture is Me, Mike Isbell, Josh Isbell, and Mike VanSickle in central Wyoming.

Woke up waaayyyyy too early. Like 4:22am! I cold not go back to sleep so I went out to the couch.... I laid around with thoughts running through my head until 6:37. I jumped up and took a really hot shower, then hooked up the lawn trailer, and headed to the auto parts store. I picked up some needed items, and headed over to work at mom's for a while. I cleaned up her lawn real good, the put her swimming pool up. I came home about one, and did my lawn, then Sherrie and I ran to the market and picked up some groceries. We were starving so we picked up a pizza, and relaxed for a couple of hours before Chad and Shannon Lovett came over. They are great people, and wonderful friends. When they left I had a renewed spirit, hope, and a positive outlook. I felt so good that Sherrie, Trey, and I went for an Ice Cream! I am ready for a long slumber. Tomorrow is up in the air. I would like to spend the day with the family at the zoo, or park but the weather is questionable.

Ran by Starbucks, then drove through the park. I saw a red headed wood pecker, and I jumped out of the Rover.... I circled around the tree and so did the bird. He obviously did not want his picture taken. I went on to work.... IT WAS SLOOOOOOW! I had a few IV's to make, and then finish some audits. Gaymarie and I went to Old Chicago for lunch, and I saw my little brother Josh Isbell. I have not seen him in months.... Back to work, to finish out the day. I came home and Sherrie and I chilled on the couch... We had a really good talk! Ben and Kinsey Crocker came over, and we went to Zorba's Mediterranean for dinner. After dinner we went by their new house. They are moving to a historic district in the city. It will suck not having them so close. Back home to hit the sack.

Namaste,

Hit Starbucks this morning.... You know how I am always kidding about being the Mayor of my Starbucks? Well... The manager Josh told me they are really starting a Mayor of Starbucks program. I swear someone has been reading my blog? How crazy is that. There is an application process, and the details will be coming out soon! I had planned on taking my equipment with me and starting the lawn early. I went out in the garage at 4:40 and my head was spinning, so I laid back down. I went to work, and it was pretty slow..... I took a pretty long lunch and got the Edmond property done. I did not obsess about every blade of grass, and. I am going to change the oil and tune up the big mower tonight. I did have luck with my push mower I blew up the other night. It ran like a champ. I still need to find a buyer for the business. I know I have a lot of time and energy in this thing, but if I sell the equipment for what I have in it, and package the contracts with it..... In addition to the money owed me.... Should make a pretty nice profit. That would help create a little margin! I need help with the Midwest City property tomorrow. I pay better than any other landscape business, and I am way better looking than any other boss out there! We had a nice dinner last night, and then laid on the couch and watched a pretty good movie called... State of Play! The new movie "The A-Team" comes out today. I use to watch the A-Team every Saturday night! I am ready for the weekend like never before. I may take a weekend off and do the MWC property on Sunday afternoon, or even Monday Evening! Who knows.... I will probably worry about it so much that I will be over there at 6:00 tomorrow morning!

Going to work!

Namaste,

Wednesday was a better day! I got some sleep last night and that seemed to start my day off better. I actually went to a doctor. She listened to me, and I felt like I was important. I was her last patient of the day, and there was no rush. We talked about everything I have going on. I got some new medication that should help. I spent my whole day in the IV room, doing a deep clean. We are a little slow at work, but there is always something to do. After work I did some work on 3 of my mowers, just trying to keep them maintained, then Sherrie, Trey and I grabbed a bite at Louie's. After that we ran to the market to pick up a few things. Back home for an early night..... I have to thank, Ben Crocker, Jodi Graft, Gaymarie Williamson, Cindy Enix, Curtis Jones, Wolf Sunkmanitu, Tracy Ray and my family for sticking with me when I get a little moody.... We all have highs and lows, but my lows have been really low lately, and without my friends, and families I could not continue!

I love you all!

Namaste,

Well the steroids I am taking for my poison ivy is making me act out. I have been treating those closest to me bad, and for that I am truly sorry. Sometimes I make huge mistakes, and the landscape business, was a huge bad decision. I really enjoy the hard, physical challenge, but I think I was taken advantage of when I signed the contracts. I told my facilities I would do their landscaping for what they were paying before, but do a better job! According to three landscape businesses I have had look at the properties, I am being way, way, underpaid. Hell.... I am barely getting paid. On top of that the bank won't accept the check because I don't have my name on them, and my bank account says Mat Jones/Mat's Quest. The landscape business says Quest Landscaping????? Why does everything have to be so difficult? The poison ivy has moved from my upper torso to my butt, and legs.... I did sleep pretty good last night.... I think I busted an ear drum. I have a high pitched squeal in my right ear, and have been dizzy. I need to focus on family first, and let everything else take second priority. In my rush, and haste, I have been letting a bunch of people down. Maybe the "Quest" will have to be put on hold? I don't know.... Just have to feel it out!

Thank you for all of your support, prayers, and help! I do love you all!

Namaste,

My poison ivy is raging.... I have to take massive doses of steroids, and antihistamines to help keep me sane. I slept like a baby because I took so much medication. It gives me a huge hangover effect. I worked in the parking lot a church, then came home and started working on the Rover. There is a wire that was shredded when the drive shaft broke.... I found out it is the lateral brake lights. There are other brake lights that work, but I still need to get these fixed. I could not get to the clip that the wire is connected to... While messing with that wire, I knocked some of the fiberglass undercoating that was smashed into my left eye. I have been trying to get it out since noon yesterday. Miriam and Tommy came over last night, and we grilled Pork Chops, and veggies.... It was very good, and I cooked so much that I am sure we will have pork chops, tonight, and tomorrow night, and the night after that.... I have been editing pictures from Tennessee... Colorizing them for Uncle Junior..... I need to get them on a disk and in the mail today!

All my love!

Additional note!

On my way home from Midwest City.... I was getting on I-35 from 23rd Street.... The right tire on the lawn trailer, went "BOOM!" I jerked the trailer over in the grass, and drove through the grass back to the service station on 23rd. I called Sherrie and she was suppose to come help, me but she called Mike Giroux and he came to help. His spare would not fit, so we threw the rim in his truck and went driving through the hood to find a used tire shop. We found one, and the guy told me he had a tire that would fit for $30.00. It only took him five minutes to put it on the rim, then Mike helped me put it back on the trailer. With paying help, putting a tire on the trailer, blowing up a mower, having my hedge trimmer quit.... Mowing Midwest City only cost me a couple hundred dollars!

Sux!

Namaste,

I thought the weekend was for rest? I started by having a great cup of coffee, here at the house. I wrote a little, and watched the news. About 6:45 I loaded up the lawn trailer and took the mowers to the car wash. Back to the house to clean up and get ready to speak at Weight Wise. I got there about 9:00 and talked for about 30 minutes. It was a small group, prolly on 24 people, but it was nice. Only one lady ask questions???? I left from there and went straight to Midwest City. Sherrie's cousin Cory came over to help me, and he did great work. It took us every bit if 5 hours to knock it out. I was suppose to do a bunch of work in the courtyard, but I was overheated, tired, I came home, showered, and Sherrie cooked dinner. We are watching Tommy tonight... Tommy thinks I am cool! The picture is Tommy with Santa Claus.

Love you all!

Namaste,

TGIF! Started off with a stop at Starbucks. I drove Mike's Rover this morning.... Need to get some road time in it, to see if it is fixed. There are a couple of issues. One.... The transmission pan is leaking. I figured this would happen due to a couple of broken keepers. I have them on order from Land Rover USA. The tail lights are not working? I think it is as simple as a broken wire? There is a slight vibration? I am going to check the drive shaft and make sure it is good and tight. My poison ivy is back with a vengeance! Work was fairly slow for a Friday! There is always something to do, but don't always stay as motivated as I need to. I was physically drained. Came home after work, and laid down for a couple of hours. Then jumped up and took Sherrie to dinner. We went to Deep Fork Grill. I had a crab cake, and she had fish. On the way home we stopped and rented a movie. I told her if I got still, I would pass out in a minute, and that was accurate. Mike and his girlfriend Jamie, flew to Virginia to pick up a Four Runner that belonged to Jamie's mom. They were driving it back here to Oklahoma, and 50 miles outside of Knoxville, Tennessee the transmission blew up. I think Tennessee is jinxed! I am speaking at Weight Wise this morning, and then working the rest of the day in Midwest City. It is going to be 100 degree's today. I am going to hydrate well! Time to get it started. My friend Johanna went on an African safari.... I edited 300 pictures for her. This image shows the raw power of this lioness!

Namaste,

Well.... The morning started off really early, like 4:30 early! I just can't sleep. I needed to get the Edmond property done, so I hooked up the trailer and went to work. I was kicking tail and taking names when a rogue thunderstorm came up. I got soaked, but got almost 1/2 the property done before eight o'clock! I went in and took a shower then got busy with my real job. At lunch I went out and finished the mowing part of the property, which only left 3 areas to finish after work. I went back in and took another shower, then after work, I finished the property in about an hour and a half. I headed over to moms to finish working on Mike's Rover. I had her go pick up a pump to put the transmission fluid back in, and while I was pumping the fluid in..... Ben and his little brother Dakota snuck up on me and attacked me with dart guns. I got the fluid in and took it for a spin. Shifted great, ran great, what else could I have ask for? Came home and showered (Again) then headed over to mom's to get the Rover.... I am going to relax for 30 minutes, then going to bed! Picture is a self portrait of my cousinWesley Sanders.

Love you all!

Namaste,

Overall.... Today was just a waste of existence. I am mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually drained. I would love to just hop a train and get lost for a few days, but there seems to be something to do or somewhere to be all of the time. I went to work at 6:30 today, because I knew I was going to pick up the drive shaft for Mike's rover. After work I came home and got the lawn trailer... Headed over to mom's and knocked her lawn out. Then put that drive shaft in. It was not too difficult. The kicker was when I tried to fill the transmission pan with fluid. There is no dipstick, or fluid fill. It has to be filled with a pump, so I guess I will have to find somewhere to fill it tomorrow. I have a pretty good idea that it will be up and running after that. I was conned into going over to Ben Crockers house to look at his thermostat... I figured you out! "THANK YOU!" The I had a good talk with my brother... I got somethings off my chest! I got into some poison ivy while I was doing Uncle Gerald's lawn, so I took a huge dose of steroids. They keep you from sleeping.... I guess I better try!

I do love you all!

Namaste,

Another long day! Started at 5:00am with a shower, and coffee. Started packing everything in Aundra's SUV. I woke everyone up, and we headed out to her house to pick her up. We left Aundra's house and she took us to the airport in Nashville to get our rental car. We stopped at noon and had lunch, then on the road. We got home at 10:00 last night. We were packed in the Ford Explorer like sardines, but we made it home. Early in the evening.... Sherrie called her grandmother, and ask her to go let Boomer out and give his his medication. She gave him some of my supplements. "Super Clenz!" She was pretty upset, but so far he has not had any ill effects. "Super Clenz" is a detoxifying agent that flushes your system., He got two times the normal dose! He will probably spend most of today in the yard, making presents for me! We ran the rental car back to the airport, then got home at 11:15 to find out cable was out. No bueno!

Love you all!

Namaste,

Just as I suspected.... Our family started showing up, around 9:00am.... Angel and her family, Miranda and her boy friend Keith, their little brother Gregory and his family, then around 11:00 others started rolling in. We had 41 total show up! I somehow got nominated to be chef, and so I cooked 100 hamburgers, and my cousin Brenda's new husband cooked the dog's! We had quite the feast!!!!!! I ate cookies like there was no tomorrow! After lunch everyone just hung out and talked, unit about 5:00. Terry, Doug, and I went down to Uncle Juniors house, and got him and his car. We took some pictures in front of the house, and then took it to the town square. It was very nice. We went back to the house and started getting things packed for tomorrow. It is going to be a very long day!

Love you all!
