Namaste,

Well it has been a long hard week... We had something going every night.... Trey finished football camp on Thursday morning and has a whole week off before two a days start. I am really excited to get to sit in the 111 degree heat and watch him.  ;-) Friday night Sherrie had clinicas so Trey and I got the house cleaned and got ready to go to Texas on Sunday, but Saturday we had to shoot a wedding. The wedding was in Shawnee at 3:00pm and then we were suppose to go to my high school reunion; However, after the wedding I was exhausted and we came home and I started working on pictures.... Since we were leaving early for Ft Worth we went to bed early. We got up and got loaded then headed south. We made it to Grapevine before the Ray family even got out of church. We walked around Bass Pro and then met the Ray's at Black Eyed Pea! Yum! We went to the greats, and then Grapevine Mills Mall. I actually had to go find a restaurant and admit a patient then went back to the mall.... We stayed for a couple of hours and then met at Fuddruckers for dinner, before heading to my favorite hotel in the US. We stayed at the Dallas Marriott North. It is where we stayed the night before we went to Jamaica. We were on the top floor right next to the Presidential suite. Sweet! We got up and I went downstairs to Starbucks and then Sherrie and I found a Walmart to get some beach towels. We checked out of the hotel, had breakfast and went to a water park in Irving. We stayed there for about three hours before heading to Anna, Texas to drop Trey off at his friend Herman's house. It is way north east of Dallas, but Herman wanted Trey to come stay a few days. We drove home and I was spent. After the heat, and all the driving I crashed out! I officially did not do much today! I cleaned the house, did some laundry, went to Sam's and Walmart then watched a lot of Olympics. Just took a day off, and dang it.... I enjoyed it! We did a photoshoot for a friend of Sherrie's tonight... Three wild and crazy boys! Gotta head back to Texas Saturday to get Trey... He starts two a days on Tuesday!

Love you all!

Namaste,

So work was as crazy as I thought it would be! I was on the go from 6:30 until I got home at 6:30! Like I said Sherrie had clinicals so I loaded up the bike and Trey and I headed to the lake! It was cooler than I thought it was gonna be! It was only 106 degrees! :-) I did really well, but not a record by any stretch of the imagination. I did race some beefy dude without a shirt on, and I beat the snot out of him by about 30 seconds! Trey and I came home and I was spent. Sherrie bought me a copy of "Midnight in Paris" so I watched that! It was so crazy, because I have not watched it since we got back from France. What was amazing was to see places that we walked, sat and even ate.

Saturday morning I got up and headed back to the lake for another ride. When I got home we went to the Farmers Market before heading to the "Santa Fe Touchdown Club" pancake breakfast, where we became official members of the "Touchdown Club!" I got my shirt, Sherrie got her shirt, and Trey got his gear! I actually got a tear in my eye. All my life I wanted a boy down on the field and me sitting up in the stands with a cowbell! We brought Trey home before heading to Wal-Mart for dog food, and paint. As luck would have it Jason White, Billy Sims & Steve Owens were there signing autographs! If you don't know who these guys are.... They are three of the four living Heisman Trophy winners from The University of Oklahoma. We stood in line and realized that they were not even the most famous people in the store. John Humphries from the rock band "Seether" was in line just ahead of us. Sherrie has known him for several years and I run into him all over town. I went and talked to him for a few minutes. I told him that Sherrie and I had been to Tulsa last month to see them, and we would be at their show here in the city next month. He is so down to earth! We went by the grocery store then home rest. Sherrie's mom called and her boyfriend AL had finished putting a new motor in Jordan's truck. We decided to drive to Wetumka and get it. It took an hour and a half to get there. We only stayed a few minutes. We took highway 9 straight back to Norman. We took Jordan and Josh to dinner, and then they decided to come to Edmond and spend the night. We stayed up waaaayyyyy to late!

Sunday morning, I got up and worked at church while the rest of the family laid around the house. We all met at the zoo and walked around for a couple hours before it became so hot that it was not fun anymore! We came home and I put my chef hat on. I grilled, salmon, shrimp, corn, baked potatoes, we made chicken and mushroom casserole. OMG! We ate like champs! It was great! After that everyone decided to take a nap! Josh and Jordan just headed back to Norman and Sherrie is studying for a big final. I can't decide whether to ride or paint some more! Who knows I may take the night off??? (Yeah right!)

Love you all!

Namaste,

Good morning! Work  has kept me really busy this week. I hired my friend Stephanie Clark for my vacant admission coordinator position so I have been training with her, in addition to my liaison Diane being on vacation this week. It has been super busy! I think I saw 14 patients on Wednesday, and 12 yesterday. Like I though Alicia and Stephanie are going to be a great team together! Wednesday night I did paint another wall in the bedroom, and then spent the rest of the night cleaning house! It has been so hot outside that riding has pretty much been out of the question; However, Sherrie has clinicals tonight so I am going to ride if I get done with work at a decent time. It is only suppose to be 108 degrees today! ;-) Tomorrow morning we have a Santa Fe Football pancake breakfast at Applebee's! I am excited about that!

Love you all!

Namaste,

Been really, really busy...Work has been very steady, and since I drop Trey off at football camp at 6:15am I head straight to work.Thursday was my assistant Angie's last day, and I started my new assistant Stephanie started training... She is going to be a wonderful addition to my team. I really think that Stephanie and Alicia will be awesome together.  By the time I get home I am toast, but I find a way to get some things accomplished... Trey has been wanting to stay with Jordan so Thursday evening we took him to Norman, and then stopped at Zio's for dinner. By the end of the week I had made arrangements to tow Jordan's truck to Sherrie's mom's house in Wetumka, so her boyfriend can put a new motor in it. I picked up the trailer at 6:00pm Friday night, loaded the truck, mowed the lawn, did my house work and then passed the heck out! I don't even remember Sherrie coming home from clinicals.... We got up at the butt crack of dawn and after a stop at 7-11, and Starbucks we headed to Wetumka. It was 100 miles from my front door. It took 2 1/2 hours to get there and then while the girls were hanging out in the garden A.L. and I carried some guns around the farm and blew some crap up! We headed back and it was really fast comparatively speaking! We dropped the trailer off at U-Haul and then hit Chipolte for lunch. We took a little siesta! After a couple of hours we decided to go see Spiderman in I-Max 3-D! It was awesome! We went to Flips for dinner then home to watch another movie! I got up Sunday morning knowing everything I wanted to get accomplished. I went to the church to work, and on my way I got a call, so I headed off to work. I ran to Norman and got Trey then Sherrie and I went to Wal-Mart to pick out paint for our room. When we got home she came to the living room and started studying. I tore the bed room apart and started painting. I rewired the entertainment center and hung the 42" plasma on the wall in front of the bed. As my luck would have it... The bolt holes on the back of the TV were 19" apart and the bracket was 17". I ran to Home Depot and bought some 1/4" steel and made my own dang brackets! We got the TV hung in time for me to get cleaned up and head to the Giroux for Lincoln's first birthday! We had a great time with them. We came home and Sherrie made me help her study for her big test! Monday was back to work! Busy, busy day!

All my love!

Namaste,

Tying to get back in fight/climb shape so I have been busy from sun up to sun down and sometimes even into the early morning! Work is steady... I stay in the office the first 1/2 of the week due to my meeting schedule and then I am in the field the second 1/2 of the week. Friday when I got home from work, Sherrie said she needed an hour to study so I loaded the bike and headed to the lake. I was cruising around the lake and noticed that I was pushing way to hard, and I was the only guy out there.... Two reasons why.... 1.) It was 103 degrees and 2.) I had another flat tire! I rode the last five miles on a flat tire! I got home and showered before Sherrie and I went to the store to get groceries. Saturday morning I didn't head out until 6:30am. I took the hybrid to the lake and the weather was beautiful. I made a great lap then home to work on some plumbing... I decided to replace the sealcock on the outside of the house. It has been leaking for 8 years!!!! I took the old one out really easily.... I ran to home depot and got a new one. I spent the new two hours trying to coax the new one into place. The manufactures have changed the design and mine is hidden behind a 2 x 4. I gave up after two hours and put the old one back in. Chad had brought me his trailer and the crappy thing about that was the fact that his hitch is 1 7/8ths and mine was 2 inch. I had an extra hitch in the garage but the threads were crossed so I took a hack saw and spent the next two hours sawing the nut off. I came in cleaned up and waited on Sherrie to get home. We ran to Hideaway and grabbed a pizza before coming home and while Sherrie hit the books I started in the lawn. Sunday morning I took Chad's trailer to church and then Trey and I headed to Mike's to get a load of dirt he had left over from a landscaping project. We came home and I spread two tons of fresh soil on the front lawn. I came in cleaned up, took Chad's trailer home and then stopped at the store to pick up some stuff for a love connection cook out. Sherrie is trying to fix her friend Christie up with a friend of mine Mike. (Not that Mike!) Anyway I made guacamole, queso, grilled turkey burgers, hot dogs, made a beautiful blackberry cobbler..... Mike worked to fine tune my air conditioner until Midnight.... Monday at work was brutal.... I have 20 different meetings did four evals, and then rushed home to finish my projects. I laid seed down, and finished my plumbing issues before the thunderstorms hit. I fixed two bikes and then hit the heavy bag for 20 minutes before coming in cleaning up and heading to Barnes and Noble to find a guide for the "Camino De Santiago!" They did not have one, but I did buy Sherrie the "50 Shades of Grey" series. I came home and crashed out!

Ready for the weekend already!

Love you all!

Namaste,

Tuesday at work was pretty busy. I had several meetings and we actually had a ton of discharges, but we were able to match them with admits. I ran home and loaded the bike and Trey and I went to Lake Hefner. Trey took off to the north and I went south. I got to the West Side of the lake and hit a pot hole. When I did it blew the presta-valve out of my tire.... I was almost 5 miles away from the truck. I put the bike on my back and started jogging back to the truck. When I got to Stars and Stripes park I found a guy with an air pump and he helped get me back on track! I got back to Louie's where Trey was waiting on me and decided it was time for an Asian salad. We came home and did some house work.... I woke up at 5:00am Wednesday morning and went outside to see what the wind was like. It was beautiful so I came in to put on my riding gear.... I looked at the bed and it looked soooo comfortable, so I climbed back in. We had Sherrie's mom coming to town, and Jordan and Josh were coming so I started cooking at about 10:00am. I grilled chicken, and ribs. Sherrie made a mushroom casserole and beans. We ate like champs and then sat down in the living room to watch a movie. Everyone fell asleep. Jordan and Josh didn't get here until 4:30 so we got out the food and ate again.... Jordan ended up cutting Sherrie's hair, then Trey's hair, then Josh's hair. Jordan, Josh, Sherrie, Trey & I loaded up in the truck about 7:45 and went to the firework stand. We bought some things that go "boom" and then drove out north of town to blow it all up! It was fun! We drove over to this little church on Danforth and laid out a blanket to watch the Edmond 4th of July fireworks show. It lasted for 30 minutes..... As soon as the show was over we jumped in the truck and headed home.... I guess I'm the only person in town that has to get up today???? I crawled in bed and have zero recollection of my head hitting the pillow!

Time for work, Love you all!

Namaste,

I am a little behind.... Been super busy. Last week was a blur. After not having air conditioning for the weekend, and being out in the sun. Getting attacked by yellow jackets blah, blah, blah..... I was glad Friday was here. Sherrie, Trey & I went to Mama Roja's for dinner and then we rented a couple of movies. We always move the big chair into the middle of the living room and watch like we are in the theater. We watched Safe House... It was pretty cool! I got up Saturday morning and met some of my co-workers at Adventure Zone Paint ball. I was in a foul mood and I played like I was a man on a mission. I killed everyone in sight! I came home and fixed some lunch before we loaded up and headed out to Mike and Marylin's house. We went to their anual fourth of July party. There was so much food, and Oh my was it good! Ribs, burgers, brawts, chips, cake..... I could go on. We had a blast! Sunday started with church and then I spent the rest of the day working in the lawn, washing my truck, cutting down trees, and then I decided to work over my heavy bag.... Maybe I need to curtail my aggression because I put the bag through the wall. Oooops! I made a wonderful pork roast with veggies and got ready for the week. Not a whole lot of outright exercise so to speak, but I did get a lot of sweat time in. This week I want to get on the bike at least 4 times!

Love you all!
