Namaste,

We have a few new followers, so I will explain "Namaste!" It is a greeting used all over Asia. It means bless the spirit within. It has no real religious significance.... In other words..... I don't care who you are or where you are from, but blessings on your journey. That's what we are all on, isn't it?  A journey.... No one really knows where they are going to be tomorrow, a week from tomorrow, or a month from now, but what we have to do is treat each other with respect and dignity and try to find something that makes you happy! Something that makes me happy is when I set a goal, and reach it.... Doesn't matter how big or how small. Like today.... I loaded my bike on the truck with every intention of going by the lake after work, but I left work late and got home to a house that was miserably hot. Our air conditioner is about to go so I spent the evening trying to fix it. I did not ride or get any exercise so I feel a little bummed out. My goal was to ride 10 miles today and it did not happen. ;-(  Tomorrow I have to take Trey to football camp and then we are suppose to have dinner with Mike. I am suppose to fight my Mauy Thai coach tomorrow night, but have to be to the gym and back home by seven. Gonna be a busy day!

Love you all!

Mat
